VIBRATION SENSING

Vibration sensing is a vital measurement for health monitoring of rotary systems. Accelerometers offered in single and three axes’, utilize Piezoelectric and MEMS technologies for range of applications demanding sensing of low frequencv and up to 8kHz.

FORCE SENSING

A comprehensive range of dynamic tension measurement sensors for demanding applications of composites, wire & cable, textiles, printing, packaging, labelling & finishing equipment. Characterized by extreme linearity & low hysteresis. WAT series and SW series, offer a wide range of sensing options from 50N to 5000N.

TORQUE SENSING

A range of static torque sensors offered in versatile designs meet demanding accuracies of test & measurement applications. Characterized by extreme linearity, low hysteresis and high over load capabilities, the sensors are offered in a wide torque range of 10Nm to 5000Nm.

Torque transfer devices

Torque transfer devices offer characteristics that govern linearity and repeatability of performance. The applications include sensing and controlling options for transfer and isolation of torque through partial and controlled engagement.

EDDY CURRENT TORQUE CONTROL DEVICES

A comprehensive range of eddy current clutches, brakes or clutch-brake combinations for applications demanding close unidirectional or bi-directional control of torque at speed levels up to 3000rpm. Offered in the torque range of 2.5Nm to 500Nm and power ratings up to 75kW.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE BRAKES AND CLUTCHES

Magnetic particle devices for precise torque control. Characterised by their fast response and flat torque–speed characteristics for high torque-low power applications, these devices with matching electronics meet most exacting torque control applications. Available in 10 sizes in a wide torque range of 0.06Nm to 1000Nm in air cooled and water-cooled versions.

SLIPPING TORQUE LIMITERS

Compact and easy to integrate torque limiters characterised for fast response, reproducible slipping torque and smooth, silent operation. Offered in torque range of 0.06Nm to 85Nm and power levels up to 500W.

 

DYNAMOMETERS

A wide variety and range of dynamometers for load simulation on rotating elements are offered, each with different characteristics; Passive, transient and active load simulation.

SHAFT MOUNTED GEAR UNITS FOR SUGAR PLANT EQUIPMENTS

An easy-to-fit, shaft-mounted drive system employs high efficiency planetary and helical gearing. Offered as an energy efficient alternative to the conventional worm gear drives for sugar plant applications covering Crystallisers, Clarifiers, Mixers, Strike Receivers, Pug Mills, Minglers, Agitators etc. Available in more than 50 possible configurations for torque ratings up to 2,50,000Nm.
